Legal
Last updated: June 2026
This policy explains what personal data ZK Digital collects, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to respond to you.
ZK Digital is a technology studio based in Denmark. We are the data controller for the information described here.
The site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The project form stores a single display preference (light/dark theme) locally in your own browser; this never leaves your device and is not shared.
We use your information solely to read your enquiry, reply, and discuss possible work. Our legal bases under the GDPR are your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) when you submit the form, and our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) in responding to business enquiries. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
We keep enquiry data for as long as needed to handle your request and any engagement that follows, and then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
We do not sell your data. We only share it with service providers that help us operate — for example our website host and email provider — and only to the extent needed to deliver those services. They process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. You can also withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email kontakt@zkdigital.dk.
If you believe we have handled your data improperly, you can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), datatilsynet.dk.
We may update this policy as our practices evolve. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
